SUM-SUM PORRIDGE

Ingredients :
250 gr rice flour
2 liters coconut milk
1 table spoon of salt
3 pandanus leaves
500 gr java sugar
500 cc water
Methods :
Mix the rice flour with coconut milk, stir until the flour is dissolved. Cook the liquid flour in medium heat, add salt and pandanus leaf. Stir until the flour become thick and boiled. Lift and leave it. Mix the java sugar with water in another pan, cook the sugar until it is dissolved and boiled. Lift and leave it to cold, then sift it. Serve the porridge in a bowl and pour the liquid sugar on top.
