JONGKONG CAKE

Ingredients :
250 gr red sugar
75 gr sand sugar
Green batter :
50 gr rice flour
1 teaspoon of sago flour
450 ml coconut milk
50 ml water from suji leaf
White batter :
50 gr rice flour
1 table spoon of sagu flour
400 ml coconut milk
Methods :
Prepare 6 plate (has 100 ml volume) that are resistance to heat and leave them. Make the green batter with mixing the rice and sago flour, then add the coconut milk slowly. Next, add the suji leaf. Cook them on fire while stirring until the batter become thicker. Lift and leave it. Make the white batter with mixing all of the ingredients, then leave it. Add one teaspoon of red and sand sugar to each plate. Put the green batter, steam them for a while or until they are melting. Lift. Add the white batter on top of the green batter, steam them again until they are cooked. Lift and serve.
