CARABIKANG

Ingredients :
350 gr rice flour
2 table spoon of wheat flour
850 ml of thick coconut milk made from 2 coconut
130 gr sugar
1/4 tea spoon of salt
1/2 tea spoon of pandanus paste / green food coloring
1/2 tea spoon of chocolate paste / brown food coloring
cooking oil for a smear
Method :
Dissolved 3 table spoon of the rice flour with 200 ml coconut milk. Boil and stir them until thicker, then lift. Add sugar, salt, wheat flour and the rest of the rice flour into the boiling flour. Pound the batter while adding the rest of the coconut milk slowly. Give a light blow to the batter with your palm for about 40 minutes, until the batter is lighter. Leave it for 1 hour. Take a bit of the batter, place them into two different bowl. Add the pandanus in the first bowl and chocolate paste in other bowl, mix them. Heat the mold, smear it with a little of cooking oil. Pour the batter until half of the mold height. Give them decorations with the green and chocolate batter, on top. Bake them without lid on it until they are cooked and holes are made in the middle. Take a little bit of it side, until the cake is blooming. Lift and serve warm.
